Pakleni Otoci Colnago Marine Ltd. is a company that manufactures high-quality aluminum boats.

Understanding the importance of adapting to clients, they needed a tool that would refine and simplify the tracking of daily work activities in the design and construction of boats.

Nava IT was selected as the implementer of the new information system. Through meetings with the department leadership, we gained insight into the company's operations, which led to the development of an application tailored to their business model.

The next step was the development of an application that would facilitate the daily operations of the shipyard Colnago d.o.o. The goal is to create an application that will enable the collection and access to numerous data important for the company in one place. This approach will simplify daily communication within the company and accelerate various business processes. Some of these include production, procurement, sales, and storage.
